This Sur-Mark regulatory buoy is 49 inches in height and is just the buoy only. The Sur-Mark by Taylor-Made is molded from tough UV protected polyethylene and they are closed cell foam filled to positively displace water. The Sur-Mark buoys feature a one-piece seamless construction, internal concrete ballast, and recessed galvanized eye. The visible height above water is 39 inches.
