When shipping succulents during cold weather, adding aheat pack is a great way to provide extra protection and peace of mind. At Succulent Wholesale, we offer free shippingtypically via ground service based on the size of your order. However, cold temperatures during transit can pose a risk to your plants. This heat pack option helps ensure your succulents arrive safely when temperatures drop.
How It Works:
Heat Pack: Two heat packs (72-hour or 96-hour) will be included per full flat ordered, depending on shipping distance.
Quantity Needed: Order one set per full flat of plants. If additional heat packs are needed for your order, we will automatically adjust and send an invoice for the additional cost.
Extreme Weather: Please coordinate with us if extreme weather events are expected along the shipping route.
Courier Holidays and Delays:
If heat packs are included in your order and there are courier holidays or expected delays, we may postpone shipping to preserve the life of the heat packs and protect your plants. We will communicate with you if any adjustments to shipping schedules are necessary.
Important Note:
We are not responsible for damaged plants in cold weather if a heat pack is not included. Proper use of heat packs can minimize the risk, but we recommend monitoring your local weather conditions closely.
