This is an S.R. Smith Split Fulcrum Pad measuring 20 inches and designed for the U-frame stands with 1.90 inch O.D. tubing and approximately 24 inches wide. The fulcrum is for your diving board protection. The fulcrum pad is extruded of 60 durometers of white rubber. The top is flat with a grooved surface to limit the vibration of the diving board.
