Directions for Adding Assault 68 Shock to your Pool for Shock Treatment: Clean filter as needed and adjust water balance. Apply the product when the pool is not in use and with the pump running. The ideal application is after dusk. Broadcast Assault 68 over the entire deep end of the water. Brush or vacuum any undissolved material off surfaces.
Directions for Adding Assault 68 for Routine Chlorination: Add 1 pound per 10,000 gallons of water with the pump running. Use weekly or after heavy swimmer use and, heavy rain or wind. Reentry to the pool is permitted once chlorine levels are below 4 ppm.
